Cake Ingredients


Confetti Cakes only use top quality ingredients.  Full fat butter, free range eggs, Belgium Chocolate,  Professional marzipan, Regal Ice and flower and modelling pastes.  Edible flower, lustre and glitter dusts are all FSA approved. All stacked cakes will be placed on a cake board and food quality dowels will be used to support.

     •     Orange

     •     Lemon

     •     Madeira

     •     Coconut

     •     Dark Chocolate Mud

     •     White Chocolate Mud

     •     Caramel Mud

     •     Marbled Chocolate Mud

     •     Classic Chocolate

     •     Carrot Cake

     •     Victoria

     •     Red Velvet


Fillings:

     •     Butter cream with assorted flavours

     •     Chocolate butter cream

     •     Cheese frosting

     •     Jams

     •     Lemon curd/cheese

     •     Ganache (Dark, white, milk Belgium Chocolate)       


Other cakes can be catered for on request.  Most special dietary requirements can be accommodated on request, however, as the kitchen does use nuts on most occasions, it may be advisable to you to purchase cakes from a specialist supplier, after which I will finish off the cake to your requirements.  Details of such suppliers are available from me.

Please note that the rich and light fruit cakes will contain nuts and will have a coating of marzipan and will therefore not be suitable of those persons who may have a nut allergy.

Fruit cakes can be flavoured with Brandy, Sherry, Dark Rum, whisky and Liqueurs of your choice; please discuss your preference during the consultation.
